  • Doubletree Guest Suites

    Bayside, Theatre District, and Boston

You can reserve at any of these three hotels by phone under SLAVIN/CONNELLY WEDDING BLOCK or by clicking on this link. Make sure to specify WHICH Doubletree you want to reserve:
    http://hilton.com/en/dt/groups/personalized/BOSSBDT-SCW-20090430/index.jhtml

Bayside Expo Center: Room rates start at 140.00 with 10.00 parking fee. 1-888-222-TREE or link to our group rate:

This hotel is located at the Bayside Expo Center 4 miles south of the Seaport District. The Subway station is the Red Line JFK stop, (near the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library, a great site to visit) and two stops down from the stop by our wedding venue. This is a good budget option for people with cars who don't mind being a little further out. There is an au bon pain located in the hotel. This hotel has a free shuttle to and from the airport.

Theatre District/ Chinatown: Room rate of 169.00 with valet parking only at 36.00 per overnight and 15.00 per day. 617-956-7900.

This Doubletree is located in the heart of downtown Boston, less than 2 miles from the wedding area. You will not need a car if you stay at this hotel. This is a good option for those without cars who would like to be close by and don't mind being in an urban environment.

Boston: Allston/Cambridge Location: Room rate is 190.00 with 20.00 per night for parking. 617-783-0090.

This lovely Doubletree is located right off the Massachusetts Turnpike, and has a view of the Charles River overlooking Cambridge/Harvard University. This hotel provides limited shuttle service to Harvard Square and Copley Square in Boston. The hotel also houses Scullers Jazz Club, a well known music venue in the area. This is a good option for those who want to easily drive in and off the highway, and for those who prefer to drive to the wedding. A cab ride from this hotel to the airport or wedding venue could be approximately 20 dollars one way.

  • Flying into Boston

For some folks, it might be cheaper to fly into Rhode Island and rent a car if you intend to be driving anyway. The Providence Airport is only approximately 50 minutes from our area. Otherwise, Logan Airport is quite close to all hotels and to our wedding location. A taxi from Logan will be in the 15.00 range. Ask us or your hotel for details. Also keep in mind that not all the hotels offer free shuttles from Logan, make sure to check on this.
